Quarterly meetings with vendors with whom we have contracts have always been a goal. This quarter, we met with two of the vendors accounting for the largest expenditure of our budgets. Community landscaping is one of the prime elements contributing to making PPCA a desirable location. It is also one of the significant expense items on our budgets. During 2022 our budget for landscaping was $70,000. These funds represented a portion of the total costs to maintain the community and are separate from the lawn care
Shortly, everyone will be receiving information on the new board election procedures. These new procedures are dictated by Florida 720 Statutes and will be implemented at our October 2022 Annual Meeting. While there will be detailed information on the 720 election process sent to everyone prior to the annual meeting, some of the major differences
