Presidents Report June 2022 We continue to have challenges in completing the pool area screened porch installation. Our permit with the City of Greenacres, therefore, remains open. Complications because of engineering and construction inconsistencies have plagued project completion. I believe the last hurdles will be overcome within a few weeks. Then finally, we can close

PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE As we approach the second half of the year, there are two project updates, which I know are of concern to many in the community. First is the new Comcast Agreement. As of today, the BOD has agreed to renew our current agreement with Comcast and to bundle both cable and internet services
