Community landscaping is one of the prime elements contributing to making PPCA a desirable location. It is also one of the significant expense items on our budgets. During 2022 our budget for landscaping was $70,000. These funds represented a portion of the total costs to maintain the community and are separate from the lawn care

Presidents Report June 2022 We continue to have challenges in completing the pool area screened porch installation. Our permit with the City of Greenacres, therefore, remains open. Complications because of engineering and construction inconsistencies have plagued project completion. I believe the last hurdles will be overcome within a few weeks. Then finally, we can close
