Eye On The Community
Police reports for crimes and car issues are zero for the months of May and June in our community! Sisters Towing has been engaged to assist with the enforcement of our parking regulations. After July 5th any vehicles with a faded Park Pointe decal or expired rental decal will be subject to towing at

The Board, in collaboration with our attorneys, have recently reviewed our PPCA documents. This is a process we under took to insure that our documents were up to date and in harmony with relevant statutes. Based upon this review the Board has decided, to initiate both a Notice of Preservation and Revitalization processes. We
